Walmart Now Offering Store Brand Gluten-Free Products

Many grocery store chains are beginning to offer their own brand gluten-free product lines, which makes shopping and eating gluten-free much easier. It doesn’t just make shopping easy for the family, but for extended family and friends too. Walmart is the latest store to add gluten-free store brand products to their line-up. I don’t normally shop at Walmart because I can usually find what I need all at one grocery store where we shop, but I made a point to run in this week to check out the new products. IMG 2758

These are the products I purchased.

  • Penne Pasta
  • Shortbread Cookies
  • Vanilla Sandwich Cookies
  • Cocoa Sandwich Cookies
  • Pretzel Twists and Pretzel Twists
  • Rice Pasta & Cheddar Cheese (aka Mac & Cheese)

Some of the products I didn’t purchase:

  • Rice Pasta & Sauce Mix – Cheeseburger
  • Rice Pasta & Sauce Mix – Beef Stroganoff

Granola Bars:

  • Fruit Mix
  • Trail Mix
  • Dark Chocolate

All products are certified gluten-free by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness Gluten-Free Certification Program. We had the chance to try the Rice Pasta & Cheddar Cheese yesterday and it was awesome! What is even more awesome is the price…$1.23/box.

Walmart has locations across the US – check here for the location closest to you. Have you tried any of the Walmart brand gluten-free products? Make sure to check back for reviews on some of the other products as we work through them.
