Bonefish Grill’s Gluten-Free Menu

Last Updated on December 31, 2023 by the Celiac-Disease.com Staff

Are you someone who enjoys fish or other seafood? If you are someone who does, chances are you are familiar with the Bonefish Grill. The Bonefish Grill is a national restaurant chain that focuses primarily on seafood-related foods, though they do have several other offerings.

I’m not a big seafood eater, so I have to admit that I’ve never eaten at a Bonefish Grill, but I know many of our readers have.    According to several testimonials, it sounds like this is one of the more well-informed restaurants when it comes to the gluten-free diet. Their gluten-free menu also offers a lot of choices, making this a great destination for anyone with Celiac Disease or a gluten intolerance of some sort.

As always, when dining out gluten-free, do your due diligence and make sure the staff understands your needs. There are very few restaurants that are 100% gluten-free, so cross-contamination is always a risk. If you don’t feel comfortable with what you are hearing from the staff, perhaps it is best to dine elsewhere.

Bad experience. Went to Boynton Beach Florida location, Made reservations which were not honored. The restrooms were filthy, Toilets not flushed. Trash on the floors. They tried to take away the lady’s at the next table’s walker in case of fire they said, How was she supposed to get out in case of fire? I got the gluten free menu. The entrée was ok but the dessert listed on the gluten free menu was not gluten free! There is gluten in chocolate but their chef does not know that. They think if it doesn’t have wheat its gluten free. Needless to say, I was very sick because of the dessert. Will NEVER go back.
