Any food labeled certified gf is not recommended for celiac sufferers. FDA regulations do not meet celiac requirements. If you are celiac it is best to eat a meat, vegetable and fruit only diet. Nothing processed, nothing canned. So, be wary – many foods labeled gf are not completely safe. Even if you don’t have the terrible outward symptoms the small bits of contamination do harm your small intestines over time.
