I know of a personal chef in Florida that cooks gluten free, and is amazing! – a great option if you live or vacation in the Orlando area. His name is Shane Frisco. He specializes in dinners for two but I assume would probably do other types of requests too. I put his address with this comment but just in case it doesn’t go through, here it is again, http://www.ShaneFrisco.com.

Ok the web address did go through, but made my name a link to his site. Now it looks like his site is my site and I don’t know how to change it. 🙁

About two months ago a blood test discovered that my problems for the past two years have probably been caused by allerigies to corn, wheat, sesame, peanuts and walnuts. I get sick when I eat beef or pork, so I feel like my food world is closing in on me!!
I wonder what beers people have found to be friendly to a limited diet? And if a beer is made with wheat, is it really enough to make a difference if you’re not anaphylactic? I’m 36 and though glad to be feeling better, missing some of my old favorite snacks and beverages!

Don’t forget Pizza Fusion…they have awesome pizza and GF brownies! And, there’s a GF bakery , called Liberty Bakery, in Oviedo that has great french bread, pastries, cookies, etc. Also, Carabbas has a pretty good GF menu.

A few months back I ate at Seasons 52 on Sand Lake Road. Evan our server was very helpful, as well as the chef was very co operative in helping me select a gluten free meal. Had lamb and two very fresh vegetables and everything was very tasty. I will go back there again the next time I am in Orlando
