Jeckyl & Hydes Deli and Ale House in Bellingham WA has Gluten Free Pizza, and Sandwiches. Although they are not a 100% Gluten free restaurant, they do offer the tastiest and best Gluten free wood fired pizza in the area, and their homemade Gluten Free Bread is the best.

I am really surprised you only have one listing for Spokane, Washington. There are gobs of GF restaurants. Go to glutenfreespokane.com for a huge list of 22 restaurants and groceries in Spokane. Also, not listed and a few of my favorites are: Winger’s Bar N Grill, Lindaman’s Gourmet To Go, and Le Petit Chat Bakery.

“Duke’s Chowder House” has a gluten free menu. ALSO, the use only local produce and all-natural meat. Not sure about grass-fed or free-range, but it’s better than nothing! Oh, and their food is to die for!!!
