Traveling to a Red Robin in the near future? We’ve been doing some research and discovered that Red Robin is one of those good restaurants that actually publishes their gluten-free menu on their website! Unfortunately, they don’t seem to have a direct link to it (you have to email them for a link to the current menu).

If you are viewing this post more than a month after publication, you’ll want to contact Red Robin for the most updated version of their gluten-free menu or use the menu link above simply as a general guide.
For your reference, here is the information provided in Red Robin’s menu:

As always, when dining out gluten-free, do your due diligence and make sure the staff understands your needs. There are very few restaurants that are 100% gluten-free, so cross-contamination is always a risk. If you don’t feel comfortable with what you are hearing from the staff, perhaps it is best to dine elsewhere.

We just saw this info and it indicates and highlights steak fries are done in a separate fryer. We double checked since they arent listed on red robins gluten free menu and the bolingbrook IL location does not use a separate fryer. Please note this so others don’t get sick!

The Red Robin near my house DOES have a dedicated gluten free fryer, this must vary from one location to the next. As with any restaurant experience, it is always good to ask, regardless of what the internet says.

Here in Eugene, Oregon, we have a wonderful Red Robin that always does a great job with my meal. I always order a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with fries – all GF. I am never ill after eating there, as they are very careful with the fries, etc. I am quite happy with them. It is good to be able to relax and not worry about how I am going to feel after eating there.

My local RedRobin said the fries here are gluten free as long as I ask for them unsalted/seasoned. Their season salt have gluten in it.

Only If fried in seperate oil. The oil if used to fry other menu items is full of gluten. Cheeseburger in Paradise does have gluten free fries. They use seperate oil. Be careful.

We love Fiesta Pollo salad and come in just for that alone. Lately it has been missing from menu. WHY? Great salad!! We will stop coming to RR if you do not return this item to your menu. Fortunately the kitchen agreed to make it up special for us a few times lately, but we FEAR it will be off the menu permanently. BIG MISTAKE!!
