Although they aren’t as prominent as they once were, it seems that there are still a large number of Denny’s restaurants scattered throughout the United States. As a result, you’d assume they had a prominent gluten-free menu listed somewhere on their official website. Unfortunately, a review of their official website doesn’t list a gluten-free menu, but instead a nutrition/allergens listing, which can be viewed here.

If you decide you want to try eating gluten-free at a Denny’s, here is some information I dug up about gluten-free options on their menu, but please note this is slightly outdated so as always please explain your needs to your server prior to placing your order.

As always, when dining out gluten-free, do your due diligence and make sure the staff understands your needs. There are very few restaurants that are 100% gluten-free, so cross-contamination is always a risk. If you don’t feel comfortable with what you are hearing from the staff, perhaps it is best to dine elsewhere.
