Thanks for letting us know about those places in TN! As it happens, I’m headed to Nashville soon, but the birthday honoree is choosing where we’re eating dinner. I plan to pick up a dessert from The Wild Cow though so I can at least enjoy a sweet treat while everyone enjoys birthday cake.
longhorn in collierville has a gluten free menu.
I recently ate at Rainforest Cafe in the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville. Although they don’t have a gluten free menu, if you inform your server of your gluten allergy/sensitivity, the chef will come out and speak to you. They’ll ask what you were wanting to possibly order and if they can make it gluten free, they will! They are very accommodating!

Outback’s I found out the chocolate or Thunder down is gluten free…..yeah very good.
