Recipe: Gluten-Free Twinkies

Last Updated on March 4, 2023 by the Celiac-Disease.com Staff

Some would argue that twinkies are one of the most disgusting foods ever intented, but as popular as they are, I’m sure some of our readers would like to make their own twinkie. For people who suffer from Celiac Disease, twinkies are not an option, unless of course you make them homemade. Here is a gluten-free recipe for twinkies that people on a gluten-free diet can try at home.

I love these, but I’ve never really seen the need to buy a Twinkie mold, lol. I will try these though in cupcake liners.
